What is this special about?

This 2 hour special invites us to listen deeply. Yin Yoga is a practice that allows us to turn inward. While becoming silent and still, we can listen to the stories our body holds. When we practice to become present and aware of what is, we naturally foster our ability to be present for ourselves as well as for the people around us. In this special we make space to practice in community, share in the circle and to listen to each other.

We spend much of our lives, immersed in noise and external information. In this gathering we will open the windows of our natural internal refuge, where we are invited to slow down, to integrate, to digest and to remember of the simple and profound gift of just being.

We are looking forward to sharing a Yin Yoga practice with you, to practice listening in community and through mindful rituals to share our experiences within the beauty of our sacred circle.​
