Following her enthusiasm, she studied (mostly Scandinavian) literature and languages – as well as body and soul text(ure)s. For 20 years now, she experimented with almost any style of yoga, took teacher trainings in Jivamukti Yoga, Unnata (Aerial) Yoga, Pre- and Post-Pregnancy Yoga and, of course, Yin Yoga. For many years, she learned from Dr. Patrick Broome (Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga), taught at his studios in Munich and in his teacher trainings. She feels fortunate to learn Yin from the best, Biff, and to spend at least some weeks every year with her teacher-and-friend, assisting in his trainings.
