2021 Jamtse Cancellation Policy
With the recognition that things have changed in the past year with the unpredictability of Covid, we at Jamtse have decide to implement a cancellation policy to help support students in feeling confident in their bookings.
Any cancellation that is required because of covid related limitations or concerns will be refunded 100% at any time, or given the option to transfer or hold credit for a future training.
For non-covid related cancellations we will provide 100% refund up to 60 days before the start of the program and 50% of the registration fee up to 30 days before the program start date.
Any programs that are partnered with a host facility we will defer to their cancellation policy above ours.
