We are happy to offer this training online with Biff Mithoefer and two senior teachers (Julia Kupke and Cécile Roubaud).
We will have also musicians guests along the training.
You only need the free version of Zoom on your computer.
All the teachings are recorded, and you will have a 30 days access to them if you cannot attend some sessions (but we do encourage you are present with the online sessions). The sharings will not be recorded.

*The Yin practice of non-striving and how it influences our lives and our teaching
*The movement of Qi or Prana in the body, and how it can be affected by Yin practice.
*Anatomy and the understanding of our own natural pattern
*Understanding the postures and sequencing a Yin class
*What it means to hold a safe, sacred space for a Yin practice

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the ongoing global situation with Covid-19, we have asked our partner organization to share their cancellation policy for the 2021 Season. The follow is specific only to the training in FRANCE:
Due to the nature of the ongoing global situation with Covid-19, we have asked our partner organization to share their cancellation policy for the 2021 Season. The follow is specific only to the training in FRANCE:
If you find yourself unable to attend, please contact the organizer [email protected] as soon as possible:
• 300 Euro deposit is due upon enrolment to hold your spot.
• If you cancel 61 days before the start of the program, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 50 Euros.
• If you cancel 31-60 days before the start of the program you will forfeit the 300 Euros of deposit.
• If you cancel 30 days before of the start of the program, you will forfeit your entire initial deposit of 300 Euros plus an extra fee of 100 euros. The remaining balance will be refunded.
• If you cancel 1-14 days before the start of the program or do not attend the program, the entire deposit and tuition paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Once the program begins the full program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case of pandemic where you find yourself in the impossibility to travel to the training for legal reasons you will be refund the full amount of money with no fee.
You can ask for a special payment plan over one year to pay the training if you wish.
