This training will be assisted by Flora Fink
Flora sees herself as a lucky lover of people and poetry. Following her enthusiasm, she studied (mostly Scandinavian) literature and languages – as well as body and soul text(ure)s. For 20 years now, she experimented with almost any style of yoga, took teacher trainings in Jivamukti Yoga, Unnata (Aerial) Yoga, Pre- and Post-Pregnancy Yoga and, of course, Yin Yoga. In Germany, she is still learning from her teacher Patrick Broome (Hatha/Vinyasa) and teaches at his studios in Munich and in his teacher trainings. She feels fortunate to learn Yin from the best, Biff, and to spend at least some weeks every year with her teacher-and-friend, assisting in his trainings. Every day, she’s deepening her studies in Yoga and Ayurveda, practicing and teaching and coaching and reading and writing – and enjoying all aspects of healing the self and others with these ancient traditions and their modern translations. www.sukhadupa.net
