| Yin Yoga Teacher Training, page one of two The Yin Yoga teacher training program occurs in 50 hour modules. Each module consists of approximately 36 contact and 14 non-contact hours. The non contact hours are journal writings reflecting the students experiences in their teaching and practice, to be submitted within 45 days of the end of the training. The trainings are intended to compliment other yoga trainings, and to give existing teachers the tools and confidence to include Yin Yoga in their classes. Biff is a 500 hour e-ryt teacher, and the modules are designed to meet the criteria of the Yoga Alliance for 500 hour certification.
